Drawing from his experience as a co-founder and entrepreneur before entering academia, Prof. Pöschl will share insights on what it means to build a company from the ground up, the decisions, the challenges, and the lessons learned along the way.
The session will explore how entrepreneurship is experienced differently in Germany and Italy, what the university environment can offer to aspiring founders, and how exchanging perspectives across borders can enrich the entrepreneurial journey of young people.
