Financial Leadership Development Program – 2.5 years, starting in March-October 2024.

The Financial Leaderships Development Program:

• The FLDP is a 2.5 year rotational program to prepare and develop future generations of diverse business leaders within the accounting & finance organization.
• 6 months of onboarding followed by two 12-months rotations within Accounting & Finance.
• Rotations are supplemented by 5 weeks of trainings in the US as well as regionally in EMEA.
