Course in Developing Management Skills
The Course in Developing Management Skills is a management training programme addressed to those who hold an high position within a firm. The participants are entrepreneurs who will face complex situations in future years. Moreover, the Course is addressed to managers who play a general management role, as business unit heads.
This initiative of management training, promoted by " Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori dell’UNIVA " ( UNIVA’s young entrepreneurs group ), has been carried out thanks to the support CBC staff and LIUC teaching staff.
The whole Course covers an in-class training programme of 100 hours. Where significant, theoretical considerations will be supported by operative testimonies, through an analysis of business cases.
It is possible to sign up for the whole course programme or for only one or two levels.
The Course extends from November 11th 1998 to November 3 1998, it is divided into three modules:
