Evening Course in Marketing and Sales
The objectives of the course
This course aims to provide the tools in order to strengthen the commercial success of companies. In the perspective of an increasing international integration of markets and of greater environmental complexity, the course analyses thoroughly the logic underlying a firm’s market approach planning, through the balanced use of theoretical models and business cases.
The participants
The course is addressed to those within a firm who are (directly or not) in charge of commercial results such as the entrepreneurs of small and medium sized firms, marketing and sales managers.
Contents and length of the Course
The course is a long term training initiative, organized over ten evening sessions of five days length (for a total of 100 hours), covering the following matters:

Choosing the commercial tools appropriate for the enterprise competitive contest |

Dealing with the customer |

Organizational Aspects
The Course is coordinated byAndrea Franchini, under the scientific supervision of Prof. Carolina Guerini. The lectures are held by LIUC marketing teachers, supported by teachers of other non-marketing areas. In addition, teaching is enriched by participation of managers, entrepreneurs and professionals, in order to bring an important contribution of experience concerning the most competitive enterprises.
The course is scheduled to start on January 1999.
