Evening Course in Production Management

Teaching methods are the most important elements to keep motivation to study high among participants and to condition learning. Then, different active methods are used during the course in order to encourage active participation.
Studying business cases represents one of the most used methods, in order to put conceptual and operative tools shown during the Course into effect - reviewing existing situations within firms, contests of applications of several concepts and tools, causes of success and failure in applying new processes and new organisational methods. The particpants are thus able to verify validity and applicability to their own contest. As well as business cases, practices and simulations are used. Discussion of business cases directly presented by participants complete the most frequently used methodologies.
Teaching material often refers to firms belonging to different industrial sectors ( textiles, electronics, mechanics, chemicals, plastics etc. ) that characterise our area.
