La disclosure volontaria delle informazioni non-finanziarie nelle PMI

Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di studiare la disclosure volontaria delle informazioni non-finanziarie nelle PMI, ambito sinora poco esplorato. In particolare, lo studio ha lo scopo di: i) misurare il livello di disclosure volontaria tramite indicatori ad hoc costruiti; ii) identificare l’insieme dei fattori che la incentivano o la inibiscono; iii) analizzarne gli effetti sui risultati dell’impresa; iv) esplorare l’interazione con i fattori distintivi delle PMI evidenziando potenziali impatti sulle performance aziendali e/o di mercato.

The purpose of this research project is to investigate the voluntary disclosure of non-financial information in SMEs. Specifically, the research aims to: i) measure the amount of voluntary disclosure through ad hoc constructed indexes; ii) identify the factors that may encourage or may hamper voluntary disclosure; iii) analyze the impact on the SMEs’ results; iv) explore the interaction between the voluntary disclosure and distinctive characteristics of SMEs, highlighting the potential impacts on company and / or market performance.
