Research phases

Phase A: Identification of the competencies of the service manager

Phase B: Creation of the survey

Phase C: Data collection

The survey is addressed to a sample of 22.000 service managers

 

Preliminary results

Obtained results:

Identification of 60 competencies of the service manager

 

Expected results:

  • Identification of the service managers’ distinctive competencies to be effective. Results will be classified depending on role and organisational dimensions
  • Identification of the main gaps between possessed competencies and desired ones. Results will be classified depending on role and organisational dimensions
