		Home » Target Stakeholders, industry and geographic territories involved The REFOCUS project is directed at company employees over 45 years of age. The project aims to train 140-150 older workers in two European countries: Italy and the United Kingdom. In each country, local companies belonging to the manufacturing industry will be involved and play an active role in a number of project phases, in particular the needs analysis. As a learning system is based on elearning there will be no logistic restrictions on the participation of workers/companies from all over the countries involved in the project.
