Why REFOCUS?


The MAIN RESULT of REFOCUS will be a validated trans-national learning system for workers aged over 45 through the participation in training programmes based on eLearning.
  • to create a model for a Learning System
  • to build an experimentation environment in order to apply, evaluate, re-design and validate the model in a cyclic process
  • to evaluate the experience and to improve the model according to the outcomes
